Meeting Facilitator (Officer)

The Meeting Facilitator is an optional officer role that takes care of all the details needed to make the meeting run smoothly.

The specifics are discussed in the Meeting Facilitator role, and the role most closely resembles that of a Sergeant-at-arms in other organizations.

It's up to each club whether the Meeting Facilitator is a per-meeting role that a different person performs every time or a club officer that doesn't change.

Since this role is tasked with a lot of "ungrateful" activities such as making sure the venue is in order before the meeting, cleaning up after it, etc., we recommend that a different person perform it for each meeting, rather than have it as a permanent officer role
