By registering the club, you confirm that: 1) You've read and agree with the goals and mission of Agora Speakers International as stated here: 2) You agree to follow the Agora educational program and activities within the club. I've read and understood the following documents: How Agora clubs work. The types of meeting roles in a meeting. The club officers that clubs have, and their roles. The operational club requirements. 3) You agree to respect and enforce the Core Values of Agora within my club : Non-Discrimination, Non-Profit, Tolerance, Neutrality and Intellectual Honesty 4) If the club charges its members a fee, you understand that you need to comply with the rules for financial integrity and transparency. 5) You have read and understood the branding rules for using the Agora brand and logo, as well as for creating any club materials. In particular, you're aware that all club materials should: Always feature both the club name and/or logo and the Agora Speakers International logo The club name or logo should always come first and be of larger or equal size than the Agora official log The Agora Speakers International logo cannot be modified. Commercial use of Agora assets is not allowed. 6) You will not use nor allow the club to be used as a vehicle for promoting any products, goods or services, nor any third-party associations, organizations or companies of any kind, nor any religious or political viewpoints. Note: The above does not prevent that an individual, sporadic and non-regular speeches, debates, or activities within the club can be on any of the above topics. For example, there can be a one-time speech on how great IBM is as a company, or a member can practice a sales speech about his specific product. However, the club as a whole cannot have regular sales pitches about the same product or company. 7) You agree to promote the Agora Speakers International Foundation and the worldwide Agora community within my club, encouraging members to participate and interact with the whole community 8) You will not to use nor allow the club to be used as a vehicle or tool for any kind of activism - neither political, nor religious, nor moral, nor idelogical nor any other similar activity that directly or indirectly includes taking a collegiate position on an issue. The club as a whole cannot participate or endorse any kind of political, religious or ideological events, not even as an observing entity. 9) You understand and accept that all of Agora materials are copyrighted and can only be used within the club, or in events organized by the club, for activities related to the goals and mission of the Agora Speakers International foundation. In particular, Commercial usage of Agora materials is not allowed. 10) You understand that clubs should meet physically whenever possible and that the Educational Paths cannot be completed solely by online participation.
